    Vikas Madaan

    Vikas Madaan’s practice areas include Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Leasing, Business Purchase Sale and Franchising, Immigration Law and Civil Litigation.

    Before moving to Canada in 2004, Vikas earned a Bachelor of Laws degree at the Panjab University, Chandigarh, India and was called to the Bar of India in 1998. Vikas attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, earning an LL.B. Vikas was awarded the Certificate of Qualification by Canadian National Committee on Accreditation in 2011. In addition to demanding academics studies in law, Vikas gained legal work experience while doing his articles with Mr.James J. Murphy of Murphy’s Law in Nanaimo, BC. Vikas also spent some time with the provincial crown in Nanaimo during his articles and had insight into the world of Criminal Law from a prosecutor’s perspective. Vikas has also been doing legal research as a freelancer for a number of lawyers and law firms on Vancouver Island.

    Vikas was admitted to the Bar in Ontario (The Law Society of Ontario) as a lawyer in January of 2015 and decided to move from the west coast, to pursue his passion of working for his clients. Vikas has opened up his own practice in Mississauga. Vikas is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and can understand Urdu. Outside the practice of law, Vikas enjoys running, photography and spending time with his family. Vikas is also involved in numerous charitable activities, including being a regular blood donor for years.


    Simmarjit k madaan

    Simmarjit’s practice areas include Commercial Real Estate and Leasing, Business Purchase Sale and Franchising, Corporate & Commercial Law incorporation Amalgamations, Wills and Estate and Immigration Law.

    Before moving to Canada in 2004, Simmarjit earned a Bachelor of Laws degree at the Panjab University, Chandigarh, India and was called to the Bar of India in 1998. She went on to obtain Master of Laws in Corporate law in 2000. Simmarjit was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2009 and practised in British Columbia for more than 8 years. Thereafter, she relocated to Ontario and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2017.

    Simmarjit has acted as a volunteer instructor at Professional Legal Training Course with Law Society for British Columbia. She has also served on the Board of Central Vancouver Island Multicultural Society now called Immigrant Welcome Center.

    Simmarjit is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi and can understand Urdu.
